Responsibilities:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the staffing needs for our clients' events.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with Event Coordinators to understand staffing requirements.
Sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for various positions, such as servers, bartenders, and support staff.
Coordinating staff schedules and assignments for each event, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency for event operation.
Providing clear instructions and communicating event details to staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and knowledgeable.
Monitoring staff performance during and after events, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of staff availability, contact information, and qualifications.
Oversee training of staff and develop a team top performers.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar staffing or coordination role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
(Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is a plus!) Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of staffing and scheduling.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling software is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
