A Multi-Unit Manager (MUM) is generally responsible for leading the overall operations for 5-8 Dunkin' Donuts and/or Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins combo restaurants, including recruiting hiring, onboarding, training, management development, managing budgets and ensuring Managers and Crew are delivering great guest service and executing applicable Brand standards and procedures in the restaurantYou are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin Donuts, not Dunkin Brands, Inc.

oDevelops the store management team within the district to deliver exceptional guest service in all storesoPlans, identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of operations within the districtoReviews store environments and key business indicators within the district to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the store management team to take action and achieve operational goalsoPlanning and Execution - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results:
oCreates district implementation plans to support execution of regional and company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business resultsoResponsible for general Human Resource functions such as, but not limited to recruiting, hiring, conducting performance reviews, developing performance improvement plans, and professional developmentoUtilizes existing tools to identify and prioritize communications and filters communications to the store management team within the districtoCommunicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective operations at the store and district leveloBusiness Requirements - Providing functional expertise and executing functional
