This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the daily order and fulfillment update process. Working closely with Production & Operation teams to enter orders into order management systems, and provide tracking updates to customers in efforts to streamline day to day functions. This position will also assist in report generation from Production & Operation teams, as well coordinate with Sales & Customer Service teams as an intermediary for data management as applicable.

Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
Understand and assist in managing company's customer ordering functions
Update and append master monthly production lists & order management systems
Learn and manage shipment back-end processes for customer tracking updates
Maintain required attendance, organization, and HR compliance as needed to facilitate outstanding performance and productivity
Assist in reviewing reporting from Production/Warehouse team's data into formatted templates for review by Director of Logistics
Assisting in day to day document creation and filing protocols within network & physical systems (server & filing based)
Identifying and report any and all compliance issues as they relate to fulfillment tracking updates
Conduct necessary self-evaluations
Perform other office and order management related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong understanding of basic Microsoft Office programs (specifically Excel)
Strong general computer skills (typing & navigating the web)
Attention to detail, great personal organization, and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
Prior experience in a similar role strongly preferred
