Data Analyst/Project Coordinator

Long term contract 12 months and extendable to 2 years... Only open to candidates who can work on W2 and does not require any sponsorship Responsibilities: Manage and track master data on the project, update data as changes occur, analyze and cleanse data and provide reports. Research Savings and spend data, interpret and analyze results and provide reports. Work with various entities (sites, customers, partners, internal and cloud based applications, etc.) to gather data for analysis and reporting. Support the sites by assisting them in completion of their action items related to the project Coordinate and conduct meetings with various entities ( sites, System integrator, transportation partner) as needed for problem solving and resolution. Assist in managing the action item log, risk register and parking lot items for the project. Assist finance in validating baseline data and tracking the performance metrics (post integration). Perform process mapping activities and documenting them using a flow chart tool like VISIO etc. Assist the project PM in PM duties Demonstrates basic problem solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility Facilitate the development and sharing of best practices and lessons learned. Drive internal improvement processes Responsible for data tracking forms and databases Assist in special projects and general administrative duties as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent Planning and organizational skills - the ability to manage many projects at varying stages of progress. Excellent Communication skills - the ability to communicate project requirements and status to the Utility, Distributors and Vendors. Strong Presentation Skills - The ability to communicate the Analytics functionality as it relates to a customer business processes. Data Analysis The ability to work with large data sets in Excel, cleanse and analyze data, adept at queries, prepare reports and present findings. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Listening skills The ability to listen and comprehend, so you can articulate and explain at a later time Requirements gathering The ability to accurately document a customer's concerns or requests for functionality, including use case development. Basic understanding of how database works with the ability to learn new tools (For example - SharePoint) The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment with multiple demands, tight timelines, multitask, prioritize and handle many ongoing projects at once. Ability to take on responsibility and function under minimal supervision Ability to work with wide range of people, in several locations Problem solving skills This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to positively drive execution with minimal authority. Positive attitude and willingness to participate and work with a team Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, Information management or statistics. This can be substituted by demonstrated work experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
